I have been appointed Chair of the Vic Gov Committee for Innovation and currently examing game changing idea's and open government .
E Government is not simply about improved online services , but represents a major transformation in the relationship between government , people and business. The refinement of a framework for ongoing reform of service delivery within Gov will have increased emphasis.
ICT is also transforming other industries and acting as a catalyst for productivity improvements economy wide and promoting R&D /Commercialisation ( ie turning good business case's into profitable , employment generating businesses through enhanced program of commercialisation )
